"Don't be fooled by the picture - the hotel is almost in a back lot off the highway. Hotel facilities list a restaurant - it is only open on some days - and when we went was even shut when it should have been open! the quality of the food from room service was OK. The deluxe Continental breakfast was dire - poor quality served in a shabby room where the tables didn't get a wipe down between customers. The receptionist was lovely and helpful - but obviously overstretched and quite often not there. We were only staying for an overnight stopover so didn't try and get into Richmond at all so cannot comment on its convenience."
