Many guests said that their rooms did not meet their cleanliness expectations and some reviewers specifically mentioned finding stained bedding and dirty bathrooms. Many reviewers said that the hotel in general and the rooms seemed rundown and in need of upgrades. These reviewers noted in-room appliances that were not in working order and worn furniture and carpeting.
Several reviewers were disturbed by noise from neighbouring rooms, while a few guests smelled cigarette smoke in their non-smoking rooms and throughout the property.
