The hotel's staff were the source of numerous compliments by reviewers. They were characterized as professional, accommodating, friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations.
Many lodgers were pleased with their rooms at the hotel. They described their accommodations as clean, quiet, spacious, updated and well equipped, with strong Wi-Fi signals and comfortable beds and pillows. A few travellers had complaints about their rooms, however (see below).
Several guests praised the hotel's location. They found it close to the airport, highway access, shopping, restaurants, the beach, Walmart, Target and Virginia Beach Amphitheater.
