"Although I had pre-paid for this room,when I checked out the folks on the desk tried to bill me again.Apparently no one had heard of Hotels-x.After some discussion and further perusal of the document you e-mailed me I was cleared to go. This Lodge is located on top of the skyline drive and offers no A/C or room TV. Although the weather was cool room ventilation was poor."
