"there was trash in the front yard, room not ready at check in time, we asked for non smoking but had to take a smelly smoking room, there were 6 messages on the phone for someone else, there was no carafe for the little coffee maker, cobwebs behind bathroom door and hanging over the tub and worst of all there was a used wash cloth in the bathroom hanging on the shower rod..."
