"There was no hair dryer, alarm clock, or coffeemaker in the room. I hated that the bottom sheet wasn't fitted... nothing like waking up directly on the mattress, surrounded by a heap of fabric. The quality of the pillows was lacking. The towels were scratchy."

"Light bulbs replacement took over an hour(I replaced it!). Pillows were the size of a chair cushion, and, so flat I requested another one. Front Desk said "all the pillows were like this"? I tried to use the room phone and could not get it to work. The front desk said there is a $10.00 deposit to use the phone. I used my cell phone to keep from letting this motel TAKE ANYMORE OF MY MONEY FOR SUCH A RIP OFF PLACE TO STAY!!!! I'll never stay at any SUPER 8 MOTEL, nor recommend one!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My name is David P. Shupe, 8119 Sidlaw Hills Terrace, Chesterfield, Va. 23838, and, my E-mail is richdshu@alliedbuilding.com . Please, contact me if I can help prevent anyone from having such a miserable stay!"
