"I went to this hotel because I was attending a concert nearby in Portsmouth. It was the cheapest hotel I could find that was relatively close to the event, as I was only using the place to crash after the show. However, it still cost around $100 and you didn't get much more than a bed and a shower for the money. There was only one ice machine for the whole hotel and it was broken. The TV remote in my room didn't work which caused me to have to change channels "old school" style (manually). At least the TV worked and they did have cable. Overall, the amenities were fairly run-down. Then again, it was the cheapest place I could find for an event I chose to go to at a fairly late date. I also realize I rented a room on a Saturday night, near a beach resort area in the middle of summer. Overall it was probably the best deal I was going to find..."
