"They had some problems that didn't get corrected. One of the rooms had a plugged sink and it didn't get fixed, so it drained very slowly during the three day stay. One room had air conditioning problems and was repeatedly reported, it didn't get fixed. Breakfast and happy hour were very good, and it was good for all of us before and after the day's events. The hotel did not want to honor the $169.00 rate. We had to produce paperwork to the hotel manager. They finally said okay but tried to charge us $229 a night on one of the rooms. We again had to produce paperwork showing our confirmed resevation through you. Lucky, we had printed off the cofrimation and brought it with us. All in all though, we did have a pleasant stay."
