The Bad
A few guests who used the free self-parking were annoyed by the security procedures in place. The area is behind a gate and to get in or out, you need to swipe your room key, which aggravated some guests. Some guests also felt that there were not enough parking spaces.
Some guests complained that the front desk was often understaffed. There would only be one attendant during a rush or, at certain times of day, there would be no one at all. Many guest were inconvenienced by this.
