"The Hyatt Regency is a good hotel. It is under construction at the moment and should be avoided for the next few months. I was in a renovated room that was very nice. I had guest staying in another room that had not been renovated and the construction around them was very disturbing. Their air condition shut off in their room about midnight and did not come back on until the following day. The construction on the hotel takes place 24 hours a day. The sound of a jackhammer at 6:55 a.m. is a very unpleasant alarm clock. As I was checking out I saw other guests complaining about water leaks in their rooms and in the hallway."
