"Absolutely the most digusting place I have ever seen! Hawthorn should be humiliated and ashamed to have rented out this room! We couldn't stay - we checked in and out withing 30 minutes. The room had an overpowering smell of urine, there were vagrants loitering outside, the furniture looked to have been dog chewed, the curtains were stained, the couch had holes, the bedspread was grimy, the stove was completely rusted out and there was black grime on walls and light switch plates. There were people living below the unit and had 3 dogs. One was very large and roamed the staircase as my children and I were walking up. The other room's key wouldn't open it, we got another key and it didn't work either. I will never trust nor book another Hawthorne suite again. Descriptions above cannot even explain the nastiness of this place!"

"B E W A R E especially if non-refundable! Disgusting! Couldn't stay - absolutely the grossest place I have ever seen. Horrible URINE smell, vagrants, rusted/grimy/threadbare furniture and kitchen. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!"
