"I made my reservatins on line through a travel provider. My reservations were for teh Holiday Inn Express - evidently you don't even know - it is not a Holiday Inn Express. IT IS A BEST WESTERN NOW. My first frustration was in trying to call the hotel and no one answered the phone. Once I got there and did check in, I had to have my key card reactivated 5 times (it kept not working). Tried to turn off the freezing A/C and get the room warmed up, the smoke detector started blaring. Best Western or Holiday Inn Express needs to get teh word out what the name of the hotel is. It makes a big difference looking for a HIE or a Best Western... wasted an hour of my vacation."

"This hotel is no longer a Holiday Inn Express.It is now a Best Western.The room I was given had a broken (card reader) lock which could not be replaced until the next morning.In the mean time my family and I were practically trapped in the room since we could not really open the door.Fire hazard?? Also when I called to request extra towels, I was asked to go doenstairs myself since they had no staff available to bring them up to me.I would also like to recommend that when they offer a customer a non-smoking room, they need to make sure it SMELLS LIKE ONE (including linens)!!"
