"Overall this hotel was great--clean, up-to-date, very attractive. Not all of the workers the front desk were hospitable. One young man was very helpful to us and the guests before us who had questions. The lady with him was rude and her appearance was very sloppy and unproffesional. It was obvious she didn't want to be there and was not willing to help anyone. I wouldn't go back to the front desk because of this particular person. I would very much like to stay at this hotel again, but the attitude of this particular desk clerk may keep me from making further reservations."
