"The view from our room was gorgeous! The bell hop service was poor. There was no one there when we arrived to help us with our luggage. We asked for a rolling luggage rack and no one ever brought one to us. At check out we called for a bell hop to come to our room with a rolling luggage rack at 12:45. At 1:15 no one had come so again we carried our own luggage out to our car. The prices for breakfast items in the restaurant were rather high."
