"The only thing this hotel needs is a chip and soda machine. It's great to have a little store for Tylenol or pepto bismol if you need it, but it is ridiculous to have to pay $2 for a 75 cent bag of chips. That is my only gripe!"

"The iron in my room was broken, and the faucet for the bathroom leaked black stuff onto the sink top that I had to mop off periodically. Also, there was a loud banging sound coming from the ceiling of the bathroom. The room smelled stale, but the worst part of the room was the extreme humidity of the room, which seemed mostly unaffected by the air conditioner being on full blast. My clothes in my suitcase were damp after being in the room for 24 hours. The breakfast eggs were plasticky, but the breakfast room staffer was very nice and accommodating. I had hoped to extend my checkout and was told that wasn't possible given that the hotel was short staffed. This didn't make sense--wouldn't it take longer to clean rooms with fewer staffers? Lastly, when I went to get coffee at 7am, the hot water caraffe was empty, and the coffee was cold. It would be nice to have plain half and half as an option for the coffee."
