The GoodThe majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's rooms, staff and location.
Numerous reviewers praised the hotel's accommodations. They described their rooms as clean, spacious, well equipped, quiet and well maintained, with good water pressure, reliable Wi-Fi and comfortable beds and linens. A couple of guests did find the bathrooms to be small, however.
The hotel's staff were the source of many compliments by guests, who characterized them as friendly, helpful and well trained. Staff were said to have provided an efficient check-in service.
Several lodgers were pleased with the hotel's location, describing it as easy to find, and close to highway access, the Energy Corridor, restaurants, shopping and Memorial City.
