There were many concerns found for this property, among the reviews sourced for this editorial, and most of those concerns focused on the condition of the rooms. Some of the guests who were disappointed with this property said that the poor condition of this hotel was unusual for a La Quinta property and that this hotel fell short of the high standards they had come to expect from the La Quinta brand.
Many guests noticed cleanliness inconsistencies, particularly with the linens, carpeting and bathrooms. Several reviewers thought that their rooms appeared dated and were in need of upgrades. Several guests complained about smelling cigarette smoke in their non-smoking rooms.
