The worst experience in a hotel from this Chain SHAME ON YOU
"1st room lock very lose ready to come off handle. 2nd room door had a big gap that the noise was like if the front door was always open. went to front counter was asked "Ladie this is your second room" I responded I need another room. was given a third room sheets were stain and appeared to be dirty. Due to late night hour I sleep on the seat the room was so hot that I sat in my car for about 1 hr until it was a little more cooler worst night. I do did use your chain of hotels/Motels while traveling but this experience really was bad. I had reservations for 3 more nights but did cancel. THE PICTURES IN THE INTERNET NEED TO REFLECT THE ACTUAL CONDITION OF THIS PLACE. I WAS TOLD THAT I WILL BE CHARGED EVEN WHEN I WANTED TO LEAVE THAT NIGHT. I did asked. On all my years of traveling this IS THE WORST."
