"i am very disappointed that a state employee, (i am an educator) does not receive the state employee's discount at your hotel. I was happy with being able to park for free while we went on our cruise.
the room never cooled off, however, and the front desk employees were not very helpful. in fact, they acted irritated that we checked in."
