Many guests praised the hotel's location. They described it as easily accessible, and close to the highway, shopping, restaurants, Walmart, Target, gas stations and downtown Fort Worth.
The hotel's rooms were enjoyed by numerous lodgers. They described their rooms as clean, quiet, well equipped, spacious and well maintained, with comfortable beds. A few patrons criticized their lodgings, however (see below).
