The hotel's location was praised by many lodgers. They found it close to shopping, restaurants, highway access, downtown Forth Worth, Forth Worth Zoo, Fort Worth Botanical Garden, gas stations and Texas Christian University.
Numerous reviewers were pleased with the level of customer service they received during their stay. They characterized the staff as friendly, accommodating, attentive and professional.
Several guests enjoyed the hotel's accommodations. They described their rooms as clean, spacious, quiet and well equipped, with comfortable beds. A few patrons had complaints about their rooms, however (see below).
The hotel's free breakfast was the source of several compliments by travellers, who described it as varied, great and above average, with several hot and cold items. One guest noted, "The comp breakfast had a huge selection from eggs, bacon, biscuits, sausage [and] gravy, to cereal & pancakes. There was a staff member there the whole time keeping it maintained".
