Policies should have exemptions when justified
"The hotel is a nice place to stay which is why I reserved a room for the 25th and 26th of July. My TDY was cancelled yet they still charged me. I understand the policy and concur that it should be followed however when a Soldier is on orders and they are cancelled, the Soldier gets screwed. No one wanted to even talk to me. In point of fact, the manager wouldn't even get on the phone with me. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone I know and will tell my story to everyone who will listen. I recently stayed in this hotel which is why I reserved it. After seeing how military customers are treated, I know elsewhere is where I need to be."

"I felt safe leaving my mother watching my daughter at the pool and breakfast while I had appointments. It was clean and friendly, convenient to shopping and restautants. My only problem was the pet owners let their animals use the rock area next to the pool and the smell was very unpleasant on that side. I would recommend this hotel to friends.
