"I made a reservation for three people and the room did not have the extra linens (bath towels) and bedding materials (extra pillows for the pull-out bed in the living-room area). I had to go to the lobby and request more. They did not have any available in the front and I was asked to go to a vacant room to get more. Normally, hotel staff are asked to complete such tasks and then have the items delivered to the room. I have stayed in the Embassy Suites in Monterey, Napa, and San Diego, California. It seemed like the El Paso site was an older hotel with much smaller bathrooms than the ones in California. Over all, I did enjoy myself in El Paso and would most likely stay in the same hotel."
