The Good
Most guests, traveling for business or pleasure, were pleased with the hotel’s location in downtown Dallas and the complimentary shuttle nearby.
In addition to being close to daytime attractions, guests also liked that this property was within walking distance of other restaurants and nightlife in the area.

The Bad
Some guests reported that that there was confusion as to whether or not they would be charged for valet service.
Some guests had issues with housekeeping. There were problems acquiring towels for their room, claiming that they came slow or not at all. Guest rooms not being cleaned upon check-in was also a common complaint.
Some guests also had problems with the elevators being slow. Others mentioned that the property overall seemed tired and in need of an update. Common complaints were that the carpet was worn in both the rooms and common areas, the lighting in the rooms was dim, making the rooms seem dark.
A few guests on lower floors found the noise from the street disruptive to their sleep.
