1. Only one washcloth 2. Had a king size bed and one pillow case was soiled. Had some kind if a black smudge on it. 3. No TV remote. However the desk sent one that would only partly work. 4. Bottom front of sofa was torn and batting was hanging out. 5. We just stayed one nite and wife had surgery at Medical City next morning. All desk oersonnel were polite and professional. I think one gents name was Michael. Very helpful to us and went the extra mile. This was room 515

If continial breakfast is suppose to start at 7am, then it needs to be completely ready at 7, not 7:30 - we were almost late getting my son to a swim clinic due to this. The room was too small for 3 people. We thought it being a suite, that it would be larger.

Room was stuffy- air conditioner did not adequately cool the room, this my only complaint. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and will try this hotel again on my next trip to Dallas next month. If booked into the same room I would make sure that the AC works better as when the weather is hotter I would have to complain about it or switch rooms. It was not a huge issue this time as the weather was not hot- I just like using the AC even in the winter as it freshens the air quite a bit. I liked the room set up, the conveinience to where I was doing business and the free snacks in the room! It was quiet and clean. I recently stayed at Intercontinental, a supposed four star hotel and yours was a better experience!
