The hotel's staff were complimented by many reviewers, who characterized them as friendly, prompt, attentive and helpful with directions. One guest remarked that the staff efficiently granted requests even though the hotel was fully booked.
Numerous guests were pleased with the hotel's location. They found it to be close to downtown, the airport, nightlife, highway access, Dallas Market Center, a gas station and the zoo. A few reviewers had issues with the location, however (see below).
Several lodgers enjoyed the hotel's accommodations. They described their rooms as spacious, clean and quiet, with comfortable beds and nice views of the Dallas skyline. It should be noted, however, that some guests complained about their rooms (see below).

Although many patrons praised the hotel's location, a few reviewers were disappointed. They reported there was not much within walking distance of the hotel, that it was a bit far from the town's centre, and that the area itself seemed rundown and not safe at night for women travelling alone. However, guests may want to note that the hotel provides a free shuttle service into the downtown area.
