The hotel's staff were the source of many compliments by travellers, who found them professional, efficient, friendly and helpful with dining recommendations and directions. One guest remarked, "The service we received was awesome. The desk clerks were very helpful [and] gave us printed out directions to a restaurant we inquired about. When we called the front desk for service to the room someone was at the door in minutes".
