"Once you walked into the lobby, I was fairly impressed. It had newer furnature and was nice and clean. But, there were huge lines at the check in counter and it took a long time to check in. Then upon further inspection of the hotel, it seemed dated, dingy, and old. For being a higher end hotel, I was surprised. The elivators were hot and dingy. The access from the garage was unpleasant. The carpet in the hallways to the rooms were patched and faded. It just seems to me that it is time to give that hotel a face lift. I didn't have a bad experience, I've just had better for the same price."
