"The Hotel is in very bad need of upgrades or just torn down and rebuilt. It is very very old and everything shows, Carpet old and smelly, elevator, switches don't light up, walls in the elevator have broken pieces, Room, very old, lights had crickets in them,(how long has that been, since summer?)"
