"the particular room we stayed in was close to the equipment room and the elevators - it was very noisy at times. Also, there were several children staying in the hotel who were very noisy - running up and down the hallways. In addition to this, I didn't realize until we arrived at the hotel that cleaning service only occurred once a week. Therefore, we had to go to the front desk to get additional clean towels as well as sheets."
