"We made reservations on the telephone for a king bed with a sofa sleeper. When we got ready to go to bed, we realized that the sofa was not a sofa sleeper like our reservations were for. We called the front desk, the lady told us we would have to talk with the manager in the morning. She said there was nothing she could do. When we asked for our money back, she told us she couldn't do that because we had been in the room for over 30 minutes (we had probably been there about 1 hour). One of my children slept on the sofa and my other child had to sleep on the floor. We are very disappointed. We cancelled our reservations for the following night and got a room at Embassy Suites. If possible, we will never stay in a hotel owned by Choice Hotels again."

"The elevator was out and we were on the 3rd floor. We had to drag our luggage up and down three flights of stairs. The stairwell was odd. Before you could climb to the top of the stairs, you had to stand about 3 stairs down, bend over and open the door, holding it open while you climbed up the last few steps. There wasn't enough room. Some people had thrown their trash in the stairwell also. However, the room was really nice. We stayed in a one room suite. We enjoyed the use of the fridge, microwave, and big TV. The bathroom was so small though, that you had to go in, squeeze between the toilet and the wall, then shut the door, and then you had about a foot from the toilet to the door. Regardless of all this, we would stay here again."

"Hotel looked Clean but the Hotel should be updated. my room warn some worn or missing wood work, reparis had been done but not very well and the towel rack in the bathroom was broken and should be replaced. The hotel is showing it's age. I could not dial out to local numbers, it gave me a busy signal when after dialing two numbers."
