"When I checked the wireless internet service, I could connect to the router but not the internet. I reported the deatils to the desk and the clerk replied that "they" wer having problems with the system. I reported it again, and she told me there was nothing she could do. Over my 4 day stay it never worked. When I checked out I mentioned it and the person replied that she thought it was fixed. I consider this to be unexcepetable customer service."
