"I got the suite & the room was nice overall, but the mirrors were smudged, there wasnt enough pillows & the toliet took forever to flush. Other than that, I liked the room and the location."

"The staff at this hotel were rude. They knocked on my door three times one morning wanting to clean it. I told them twice to come back in one hour. Again, they knocked in 15 minutes and finally I just told them to give me two extra towels and to forget cleaning my room. Again, the morning I was going to check out, I had the "do not disturb" tag in my door and again the maid knocked and woke me up wanting to clean my room! I understand they want to get their work done, but for crying out loud, I wanted to sleep in that morning as I had been traveling a lot. It was only 9:00am. Then, upon check out the clerk was rude. He was kurt with me and my colleagues. We told him we wanted a receipt and he said he could not give us one. He insisted that I booked the hotel online. I told him I did not book the rooms online, I called the 800 number I got offline and booked the rooms. When I typed in country inn in Nashville that is the only number it gave me. The clerk told us that we should have called the hotel directly, I told him I thought I was. Anyway, the experience needless to say, was not a pleasant one. We travel a lot for our university and were very dissapointed with the service and treatment we received from this hotel. Thank you, Martha Burnside"
