"No hot water unless wasting water for 5 minutes letting it run in order to warm up. No tissues in the room. Trash under the bed. Carpets not clean. Film on the toilet seat. Knob on the faucet was not on properly, could not turn from cold to hot, it came right off. It was unacceptable"
