Great location & hotel. Handicapped shower access lacking.
"Great location, especially since I was on crutches. Free shuttle service to downtown hot spots made accessiblity even better. The only negative part of my experience was the handicapped accessible shower stool, which collapsed on me and sent me sprawling. Hotel staff needs to be trained to check things like this often so it doesn't happen to someone older and less mobile."
