"I did like the hotel very much. They went the extra mile by letting us check in early, which we were extremely grateful for because we needed to get ready for a wedding. There were only two downsides. One was there was a leftover tray from roomservice that was left on a table out in the hall for the entirety of our 18 or so hours there which was weird and a little gross. Also, when we were checking out at 5:00am to catch a flight, it took almost 15 minutes, which seemed absurd for 5;00 in the morning. Even after we expressed our concern that it was taking so long and we might miss our flight, we still had to wait while a complicated "points" procedure was settled for another person's account. I am not sure what I would have preferred the clerk to have done, but I do not think that it should have taken quite that long. Thanks."

"As we said at the time of our stay, the only disappointment was the poor attitude displayed in the Bar area by your Barman - does he like customers? Everyone else, from the front door to reception and in rooms were excellent and this hotel certainly is handily placed off the Highway! Regards"
