"The hotel had been reopened for about a month. The pool was open but none of the other amenities. The room was not aired out it had a smell the triggered both me and my wife's asthma. The room was oceanfront but not a king as requested. The air conditioner would not change speed so it was so cold we had to turn it off. The bedding was not clean and when I checked my pillow it was covered with mold."
