The Good The majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's staff, location and rooms.
Numerous guests were pleased with the level of customer service they received during their stay. Guests commonly characterized the staff as courteous, efficient and accommodating.
The hotel's location was praised by many lodgers. They found it to be central, as well as close to the beach, a bus stop, shopping, restaurants, golf, Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing.
Several reviewers were pleased with their accommodations. They described their rooms as clean, well maintained, spacious, bright and well equipped, with fantastic ocean views. It should be noted, however, that some guests had complaints about their rooms (see below).
The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints about noise transfer, the rooms and parking.
Noise disruptions were mentioned by a few lodgers. They reported elevator noise, as well as noise from the pool area at night, from the maids in the hallways in the morning, plumbing noise and noise from guests in adjacent rooms.
While the majority of guests enjoyed their clean and well-equipped rooms, a few reviewers were disappointed with aspects of their accommodations. They reported dated decor, spotty Wi-Fi and some cleaning issues.
The hotel's parking was a source of disappointment for a few reviewers. They felt inconvenienced that the parking lot is located across the street, and also reported limited and tight spots.
