The GoodMany guests were pleased with the responsiveness of the staff, citing them as helpful and friendly, most notably the people at the front desk. Lori Beth, the front office manager, was a guest favorite and mentioned frequently for her excellent customer service skills.
Guests appreciated that this property is very close to the beach, the mall, the highway and restaurants in the surrounding area.

The Bad
Some guests had issues with the businesses surrounding this hotel. Directly next door is a gentleman's club, which is viewable from some rooms. While most guests did not report any extra noise, they found this a little jarring upon first glance. Guests recommended asking for a room not on that side of the hotel if that is an issue for you.
