"First off, the customer service we excellent! However, we asked for an early check in, called that am, said that had been approved , but when we got there it was not. Never recieved our coupons for free breakfast. Were told they would bring to us. we had to go get every morning. I thought the pool area was not clean. Lots of trash around."
