Bad Impression
"The hotel garage was very dirty & unsecure. The parking garage was poorly lit. We didn't feel safe leaving our car in the dim garage, where a sign clearly stated that the hotel was not resposible for our car or belongings. There was only one way in & out of the garage & the mirror to see if another car was entering or exiting the garage was broken. My family didn't feel safe, therefore we didn't stay at the hotel that night & couldn't recieve a refund. The outside of the hotel was our first impression and it was a bad impression. When we booked the hotel on line the pictures were deceiving."

"After booking this Hotel I read some negative comments about it. Cleanliness etc. However these were unfounded and I had no problems except for noise caused by workmen outside the Hotel. Not the Hotels fault and something that will be over soon."
