Some guests found that their rooms smelled of smoke despite being a non-smoking hotel. One guest complained about hearing trains pass by early in the morning. Another guest suggested asking for a room near the back of the building to solve this issue.
A few guests found the carpets needed better cleaning and that the air-conditioning units were loud.
