The GoodMost guests were happy with the cleanliness of their rooms upon check-in. They often found their rooms comfortable and spacious. Guests also mentioned that check-in was usually smooth and painless.
Many reviewers reported that their interactions with the staff were pleasant and they found staff members to be friendly and helpful.
Most guests who used the on-site restaurant were pleased with the quality of food as well as the service they received. The staff there was given the same praises as the staff throughout the rest of the hotel.
Taking into account some of the conditions mentioned below, most guests felt his hotel was a decent value for the price point.
The Bad
Some guests were unhappy with the job done by the housekeeping staff saying that often, their rooms were not cleaned or that towels were not replaced.
A few guests mentioned that they were sometimes erroneously or double charged for things on their bills and had trouble getting these charges reversed.
Some guests from March 2013 onward mentioned the renovations in their reviews and noted that often times, parts of the hotel were closed off or covered with large tarps that took away from the look of the hotel and changed the way they reviewed. As of this listing, it appears the renovations are wrapping up.
