Numerous guests praised the hotel's staff, characterizing them as friendly, responsive, efficient and helpful with restaurant suggestions and directions. One patron remarked, "At every turn [I] was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello, at first I would say it was just southern hospitality but as my stay continued the entire staff was genuinely concerned about me and my experience".
