Guest Recommendations
"Overall, all of the staff we encountered in the hotel wer very friendly and helpful. I have only one complaint. I approached the desk this morning to ask were I could obtain a Sunday paper. The desk clerk greeted me with "Good Morning" but did not answer my question. I repeated it and she repeated "Good Morning" in such a way that it was obvious that she expected me to return the greeting before she would answer my question. I did so and she immediately answered my question. I am sure she was following the directions provided her by some misguided manager but you all need to understand that this pissed me off in a major way. I wanted a paper. I did not want or need further interaction with others nor did I feel the need for training in morning greetings. I strongly suggest you alter this policy promptly as this single incident was suffucient aggrevating that I will think very carefully before I stay with you again."
