Went through three rooms before finding a clean room!
"The price was good but the cleanliness was horrible! To begin I reserved a jacuzzi suite but upon arrival they gave me a regular room! I got that straightened that out and I was transferred to an jacuzzi suite! That room had dirty linen on the bathroom floor as well as hair all around the bathroom! So once again I was switched to a new suite, this room was still a little unclean with hair still in the tub and all around the sink! But let me remind you it was on new years eve I checked in at 11pm but unfortunately did not settle in until about 45 minutes later. All while wanting to just relax and enjoy the countdown was what prevented me from asking for another room! All the hotel could say was to give the manager a call whom was not working until two days later"

This hotel needs major rennovation and cleanup!
"Staff were wonderful. Building/Rooms were nasty. Dirty, run-down, old. Definately not worth the price for each room. Will never book there again."

"(Actually stayed two nights, Friday and Saturday, leaving July 24) Facilities were clean, room was spacious, full set of amenities, all of which worked. Could put a little more emphasis on maintenance -- our door safety lock was loose and the tub/shower gapped from the wall. Seemed understaffed late, our programmed electronic key worked only for the first of our two nights and we got no washcloths for our second night; upon request, were issued face towels instead (out of washcloths?). Overall, has potential, was a good location for our chosen activities but would benefit from an additional bit of effort."
