The Bad
A few guests complained that the rooms were smaller than they expected for the price they paid.
Some clients mentioned that they were not notified that the hotel had construction going on when they made their reservations. They said that the workmen started early in the morning with the noise, sometimes disturbing their rest.
An occasional visitor commented that the schedule and appointment process for the shuttle bus was not as convenient as they would have liked.
Some Internet users said that the service offered was not Wi-Fi and required cable hook up. They would have appreciated being able to use their laptops anywhere in the room instead of being anchored to the desk.
