"my package was include champagne. But they sent me wine instead of champagne, and after 5min. waiting on the phone answer was " Sorry, out of stock!" .What a unprofessional answer for 4star hotel and "Hyatt" brand name. Next morning i wait 5-10min. on the phone just for my breakfast coupon.Because during the check-in they forgat to give me. Overall, clean, nice, good location, 70%very good, 30%bad customer service."
