The Good The majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with praise going to the hotel's staff, rooms and location.
The hotel's staff were the source of numerous compliments by reviewers, who found them helpfl, professional, accommodations and efficient. One guest noted, "Every hotel staff member I came across during my stay was friendly and attentive. The front desk clerks and concierge were especially outgoing, and their personalities showed they really cared about the guests and their hotel".
Many lodgers were pleased with their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as clean, quiet and modern, with good Wi-Fi and comfortable beds. It should be noted, however, that some patrons were disappointed with their lodgings (see below).
Several guests enjoyed the hotel's location. They found it close to the airport, downtown Philadelphia, Penn's Landing and Citizens Bank Park. A few travellers complained about the lack of restaurants in the area, however.

While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints about the rooms and noise transfer.
Although the majority of guests were pleased with their quiet and modern rooms, some lodgers were disappointed with their accommodations. They reported worn decor, dirty carpets, uncomfortable beds, no fridges or microwaves in standard rooms and cigarette odours in non-smoking rooms.
A few reviewers complained of noise disturbances during their stay. They reported loud doors slamming in the hallways, some plumbing noise and noise from guests in adjacent rooms.
