The GoodIn the recent reviews from 2013 sourced for this article, the vast majority of guests only had good things to say about the Comfort Inn Riverfront. It seems as if the hotel had recently made changes to improve itself greatly, as more recent reviews are much more positive than the older reviews made in 2011-12.
Many guests were very satisfied with the quality of the staff, the breakfast and the view from the windows from each room. They felt that the staff were very friendly, the breakfast had a variety of good food and that the view of the riverfront was relaxing.
A significant number of guests agreed that the value of the hotel was very good, and they praised the hotel's location.
